How do I bring my client or contractor into a review?
Share a link to your project. They open it, join the review and mark up the same drawing or project with you. It's free for them, now and after Early Access.
Does Ondera work offline when I'm on site?
Yes. Everything works offline, both on iPad and on the web. Your markups and comments are saved on your device, and sync the moment you're back in range.
Can I start on my iPad and finish at my desk?
Yes. Sign in to the iPad app and to app.ondera.co in any browser with the same account. Your documents, drawings, markups and tasks are in both places, right where you left them.
How do I turn my markups into a punch list I can send?
Add a photo and circle the problem, and watch the app turn it into a task. You can then edit the task, or reject the AI suggestion. Add a voice note or a comment if you like.
To share it, share a link to the punch list in the app, so other people can see the list and click through to the original photo. Or export your polished punch list as a PDF and send it as an email attachment.
How do I delete my Ondera account?
Thank you for trying Ondera! We'd love to know why you're leaving. If you have a minute, please email us at to give us your feedback.
You can delete your account from your account settings. Go to Profile > Settings > Delete account. All your data will be deleted.
We suggest exporting all your documents to PDF before you do, so you don't lose any of your work.
If you have any issues, email and we'll delete it for you.
